Human 2.0 is excited to announce the creation of Barbell 2.0. Sessions will run 3 times a week – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5 to 6 p.m. This club will help participants increase power, speed, coordination, and overall strength through the practice of Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting movements.
Learn how to properly perform snatches, clean and jerks, squats, deadlifts, presses and many more barbell exercises that will increase athletic performance.
Regular members and athlete members automatically have access to this program.
