Human 2.0 performance coaches have over ten years experience working with many top amateur and professional athletes and teams in multiple sports. Currently, they are working with the Ottawa 67’s (OHL), OSU Soccer Club, Ottawa Jr. A Senators (CCHL & Midget AAA), Lady 67’s (Midget AA) and the entire uOttawa Gee-Gees (CIS) Varsity program.
The Human 2.0 Athletic Foundations Youth Camp exposes athletes to every training modality that Human 2.0 offers – from mobility, flexibility, and foundational gymnastics training, to Olympic Lifting, kettlebell, primal movement, speed/agility and general conditioning methods. It is our goal to focus on foundational skills to create efficient “movers” first and foremost, and then second, to create “athletes” of any particular type.
We want to give your son/daughter a solid basis upon which they can develop their athletic potential without specializing too early, something that can lead to an increased risk of injury as the years go by.
The camp is offered over the course of four days, and is broken up as follows:
1 week session = 4 days (Monday to Thursday), 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. each day
2 hours mobility/flexibility training
2 hours Olympic Lifting
2 hours gymnastic strength training
2 hours speed training
2 hours conditioning work
2 hours athletic skills/game/competition training
1 WEEK LEFT TO REGISTER: July 31 to Aug 3 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Pricing = $275 + HST
Ages = 11-14
