At Human 2.0, we believe in a “movement is medicine” philosophy, meaning that we believe the human body is meant to move in a wide variety of ways in order to stay healthy AND in order to recover from injury. There are some exceptions, but as a general rule, our bodies are made to be physically active – way more than we are now, that’s for sure.

If you are looking to prevent injury, we’ve got you covered. We’ve put together a variety of exercises for you to work on. The key is, you must actually do these exercises on a regular basis for best results. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR TO ENSURE THESE EXERCISES ARE SAFE FOR YOU TO TRY – ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY OR SURGERY!
