Developing mobility is important for everyone, but its especially important for athletes because they push their bodies to the limit, and their ability to play their sport or do their activity usually hinges on not being injured, something that developing mobility will help to prevent.

Mobility For Athletes is a basic program developed by the staff at Human 2.0.  In this training program we demonstrate the fundamental skills that will not only help you to develop your mobility, but will also serve as a foundation for your athletic development in your chosen sport.  This program is based on a 4-day cycle that includes four to five basic mobility exercises per day that you can incorporate into your weekly training.  Exercise techniques are described alongside pictures of the skills for visual reference.  Exercises for ankles, wrists, shoulders, hips, and the back are demonstrated.  Typical rep and set counts are provided.
